Scarlett Dobbs is a writer and a musician from Raleigh, NC. She holds a BA in Classical Piano and a minor in Biology from Campbell University and is currently working on her MA in Professional Writing at Liberty University with a graduation date set for August 2023. In addition to her degrees, she holds a diploma in heavy equipment, operation, and management from Wake Technical Community College and spent several of her academic years working as a heavy equipment operator so that she could pursue her higher education. Now she works as a freelance writer with expertise in grant writing, journalism, copywriting, copy editing, and corporate communications. She lives in Raleigh with her cat and her leopard gecko and enjoys teaching classical piano, playing drums in local bands, and writing science fiction in her free time.
